Craig Allard - Owner

In 2017, Craig started the Allard Roofing Company, where he was poised to be a step above all others. The things that Craig has learned throughout his 25-year career in the roofing industry are extensive. With all the different variables that come with roofing, location, weather, customers, etc. Craig never strayed from values such as Integrity, Loyalty, Honesty, and hard work. These attributes are the backbone of his successful career in the roofing industry and will continue for years and years to come with The Allard Roofing Company.

His roofing career started at a very young age, when Craig was 16 years old, he began working on weekends and summer vacations with his eldest brother doing residential roofing. At the age of 18, Craig immediately went to work full time in the roofing industry. By the age of 19, Craig was a foreman and led eight men. Craig excelled and learned the trade quickly; he instantly appreciated the hard work and dedication it takes to put on a good quality roof. Eventually, he joined the local 149 roofers Union in Detroit, Michigan, where he learned the commercial side of the roofing industry and quickly became a journeyman for a well-known Union roofing company. He traveled to many different states in the country, completing various roofing projects, and learning a lot along the way. Craig and his family moved to Florida in 2010 and continued his roofing career working in a supervisory role.

Craig has worked his way up to journeyman, foreman, company manager, to now owning and operating his own business. Throughout the years, he was learning from some of the biggest names. Seeing firsthand what works and needs improvement. Honest about what you need, rather than making up problems you don’t have. Jason Verbeke - Lead Sales and Marketing Specialist

Jason started roofing at a young age with his father Charles J. Verbeke Sr. and joined his future brother in law Craig at his brother's roofing company in Michigan. He ventured into the fire service in 2005 where he received his Michigan Fire 1 & 2 certifications and worked as a POC F.F./EMT. He moved to Granite Quarry, NC where he attended Rowan Community College to obtain numerous certifications and the Vic Isler Service Above Self Award, TR rescue tech, swift water rescue, EMT-Basic, advanced ropes and rigging, HAZ_MAT tech, Driver operator, amongst other specialties within the fire service. Jason was hired full time by the City of Salisbury, he amassed many service awards including a veteran of the year in 2018, with numerous life saves and a high angle rope rescue medal. He was also an instructor at the very college he received his certifications. While leading new recruits in PT, drills, live-fire training, and multiple classes.

He moved to SWFL to be closer to family and has once again teamed up with his brother in law to provide honest, quality workmanship to their customers. The best part of building a company is creating relations and making sure it is done the right way. Time to bring a better reputation to the profession and ensure the customer gets a straightforward approach while receiving the quality work they deserve.

Doug Bostwick - Lead Sales Team

Doug was born and raised in central Illinois in the small farming community of Clinton. Here is where he enjoyed anything that included being outside. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, but most of all baseball. After high school he went on to play baseball at the college level and earned his teaching degree. In 2007 he moved to Cape Coral to leave behind the Midwest winters. Doug was sitting at his son's Pop Warner football practice and this is where he met Craig. Starting in 2014 he started learning the world of roofing and sales, with the same company Craig was a supervisor. When Craig started The Allard Roofing Company, Doug was invited to be a member of the Allard Roofing family. Which he graciously excepted.

After working at a couple of other roofing companies and seeing how they conducted business, It's like a breath of fresh air working at The Allard roofing Company. The transparency we have here has been noted numerous times. We try to treat every customer like a family member. I am excited to see and contribute to the growth of this company. The Allard Roofing Company will be in the top echelon of roofing companies in SW Florida.
